Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to your ticket purchase and participation in ICONIC Style LIVE: Scottsdale, hosted by Afton Porter / Style Guide Society LLC (“Host”). By registering, you agree to the following:

 

1. Ticket Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable.
Tickets may be transferred to another qualified attendee up to 7 days prior to the event by written notice to the Host.

2. What’s Included

Your ticket includes:

  • Access to the full two-day experience (October 24–25, 2025)

  • Friday evening Cocktail SoirĂ©e (champagne & hors d’oeuvres)

  • Saturday Main Event (photoshoot, mastermind, workshops, lunch, and luxury VIP gift bag)

  • Early Bird Bonus: Two private styling sessions with Afton (if applicable)

Not included: travel, accommodations, transportation, or meals not specifically listed above.

3. Event Cancellation Policy

The Host reserves the right to deny, limit, or cancel registrations at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: venue availability, speaker availability, security, health, or safety grounds.

If the Host cancels the event or your registration (while you are in compliance with these terms), you will receive a refund of your registration fee.
However, the Host is not responsible for reimbursement of travel, lodging, or flight expenses you may have booked to attend the event, nor for any direct or indirect damages resulting from such cancellation.

In the unlikely event that the program must be canceled due to circumstances outside our control (such as natural disaster, political unrest, or government restrictions), refunds will depend on whether the Host receives reimbursement from vendors and suppliers. To protect against such risks, we strongly recommend purchasing third-party travel insurance.

4. Media Release

By attending, you grant the Host permission to photograph, film, and record you during the event, and to use such materials in marketing, promotional, and educational content—without compensation.

5. Intellectual Property

All event materials, presentations, photography, video, and written content remain the sole intellectual property of the Host and/or event speakers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials beyond personal reference without prior written consent.

6. Liability Waiver

You are responsible for your own safety, health, and belongings. The Host is not liable for illness, injury, theft, lost property, travel interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Payment Terms

  • All tickets must be paid in full prior to the event.

  • Flexible financing is available through Klarna at checkout and is subject to Klarna’s terms.

  • Registration is not complete until payment is processed.

8. Code of Conduct

ICONIC Style LIVE is designed to be an intimate, empowering, and collaborative space. We reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or misaligned with the values of the event. No refunds will be given.

9. Agreement

By completing your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
