 ICONIC WOMEN MASTERMIND — TERMS OF SERVICE

 

By enrolling in the Iconic Women Mastermind (“Program”), you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions with Style Guide Society LLC (“Company”).

  

1. Program Description

The Iconic Women Mastermind is a 12-month container designed to elevate your image, style, and confidence as a luxury brand leader. The experience includes group coaching, curated content, live trainings, and access to proprietary resources developed by Afton Porter and Style Guide Society LLC.

  

2. Payment Terms

You agree to pay the total program fee, either:

  •  Paid in full: $5000 USD
  •  Payment plan: $450/month for 12 months (total: $5,400 USD)

 

All payment plans require a full 12-month commitment. This is not a monthly subscription and cannot be canceled midterm.

 If a payment fails or is declined, you will be notified and given a 5-day grace period to update your payment method. Continued failure to pay may result in removal from the program and collections action.

 

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the content and the high-touch coaching model, no refunds will be issued. This policy is firm to honor the energetic commitment required to achieve transformation.

  

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, recordings, and resources provided inside the program are the sole property of Style Guide Society LLC and are for your personal use only. Sharing, duplicating, or distributing program materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.

 

5. Confidentiality & Community Standards

This is a high-integrity, judgment-free space. You agree to maintain confidentiality around all personal and business information shared by other members. You also agree to treat all members and team members with kindness and respect.

 The Company reserves the right to remove any participant who displays harmful, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior — without refund.

 

6. Participation & Responsibility

While we are committed to providing you with powerful tools, coaching, and resources, your results are your responsibility. Your success will be determined by your implementation, mindset, and engagement.

No guarantees are made regarding specific business outcomes, income levels, or public recognition.

  

7. Media Release

By participating in the program, you consent to being recorded during live sessions and understand that these recordings may be made available to current and future members. You also agree that testimonials, wins, or breakthroughs shared may be used in promotional material (with your first name only, unless further permission is granted).

9. Legal & Binding Agreement
